P.G. to 12th class - 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM
For winter from 1st October will be as follows.
P.G. to 12th class - 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM
STUDY HOURS AT HOME
Parents make sure that their wards after coming back from school should plan out a fixed schedule which they should follow with great devotion. They should make sure that they sit down and revise the work done at school. This would help them immensely during the exam time.
READING ENGLISH NEWSPAPERS TO BE ENCOURAGED
Students should inculcate the habit of reading newspapers at home. This is an age of competition. To gain world wide knowledge and to attain the best, newspaper reading should be encouraged by the parents.
WEEKLY TEST
We encourage students to give ample attention to their studies and put in hard work. Therefore test for each subject every week has been planned out. Students are requested to take these tests very seriously because 20 marks obtained in each subject will be added in every term examination. So all the question papers set for final examination will be of 80 marks + 20 marks mentioned above tests will be considered as final marks . The date sheet for weekly test is as follows:

ATTENDANCE WEIGHTAGE
Overall 90% of the total attendance will be required for the students to sit in the final examination.Leaves on only medical ground will be sanctioned and submission of medical certificate is compulsory.
PARENTS TEACHERS MEETING
Parents teachers' Meeting is held on last Saturday of every month. Timings for summer is 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon and for winter 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM . No parent will be allowed to meet the teachers on other week days.
VISITING HOURS FOR PRINCIPAL'S OFFICE
Interested parents can meet the Principal in her office with prior appointment from Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Parents are requested to please co-operate in maintaining discipline in the school.
WARNING FOR LATE COMERS
In order to inculcate the spirit of punctuality,the late comers will be sent back to their homes, after the gate gets close in the morning. Parents should try to send their wards to school atleast 10 mintues before the school start`.
LEAVE DURING SCHOOL HOURS
No student will be allowed to leave school during the school hours. In case of any important function/ work, parents are advised to keep their children at home, against proper and valid leave application. In case of urgent work at home, the student should come to school in school uniform to give the weekly test along with their parents. Parents are requested to please cooperate with the authorities for creating a healthy atmosphere in the school.
POCKET MONEY
No child should carry money to school as there is no canteen in the school premises. If any child is found doing so, the money will be taken away from the child by the school authorities.
Parents are requested to give proper lunch box to their wards and thus discourage the habit of carrying pocket money to school.
NO BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS IN THE SCHOOL
No children should bring chocolates/toffees to school for their for their teachers/ friends in the school. this is wrong practice.
MODE OF CONVEYANCE
Apart from school conveyance, the students can come to school on foot, by bicycle or with parents only. No scooter or motor cycle is allowed in the school premises.
SUSPENSION / RUSTICATION OF STUDENT
The student, who are not following the rules & regulations of school and creating indiscipline in school, will be suspended/ resticated after giving warning.
REGARDING EATABLES
No student is allowed to bring readymade eatables i.e. toffees, chips, biscutts, candies etc. to the school.
GIRLS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PUT ON ANY ITEM OF GOLD JEWELLERY
Girls should be properly dressed with absolutely no jewellery items. Senior girls should go in for divided skirts, two plaits for the girls with long hair, sporting black ribbons. School is a temple for learning, so fashion of any kind should be discouraged.
REMINDER FOR THE WEAK STUDENTS
Students who are not taking interest in studies and are fail in the exams, will have to either leave the school or repeat the same class.Moreover 50% of the academic record of each semester is must for the students to participate in any kind sports event.
NO RE-EXAMINATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
Students, who fail to take the regular examination due to any reasons, shall not be allowed to take re-examination under any circumstances. It applies to all the weekly tests, term examinations and annual examinations.
